Important: Please note community guests are expected to be on at least two panels. To expedite the application process and scheduling, please submit any panels you plan to be on along with your CG application. In the questions below, please put the same name in both "Community Guest" fields. The "Timeslots Requested" field is irrelevant for this application.
Please keep in mind that our decision will be based on several factors, particularly what we expect the guest can bring to the convention in terms of attendance, how much they expect in return, and their reasons for wanting to be a community guest at HarmonyCon. While all community guests will receive complimentary badges and promotion on our site and con book, anything beyond that may significantly influence our decision. While we may respond to some applications faster than others, this does not necessarily mean an application has been rejected. Applications will remain open through November 17th. Regardless of the decisions made for these applications we hope to see you at HarmonyCon 2025! |
