The type of vendor badge you are requesting.

Business Name

The name of the business, organization, group, or individual selling or tabling.

Table Name

The name of the table. This is the name that appears publicly.

Tables Requested

The number of tables you are requesting.

Merchandise Description

In brief detail describe what type of vendor you are and list the merchandise or services you will bring to the convention.

Merchandise Pictures / Table Photos / Portfolio References

Please provide a link to a gallery with photos of your art, merchandise, and previous table set ups. If you are a digital artist a link to your easily accessible portfolio with current work is acceptable.

Will you require access to power to be able to vend?

We cannot guarantee access to power but we will do our best to accommodate you should you require access to an outlet. If access to power is crucial please specify here and bring an extension cord.

Placement Request

Where would you ideally like to be placed? Near a wall? Near another vendor? Please note that this does not guarantee you the placement requested. But we will do our best to accommodate
